DURACOAT HOME SOLUTIONS OPENS NEW SHOWROOM

1st October 2019……… Basco Product Ltd launched its latest Duracoat Home Solutions showroom at Sarit Centre on Sunday 29th September 2019.  Present during the opening of the showroom was Basco Paints Chairman, Mr. Anil Shah , Operations Director, Mr. Bipin Shah , Exports and Marketing Director, Mr. Mital Shah, Managing Director , Mr. Kamlesh Shah, other Management team and Staff.

“We are very optimistic about the success of the New Development of the Sarit Centre and consequently expect a large footfall at our new state of the Art Duracoat Home Solutions Showroom at the Sarit Center” reiterated Mr. Kamlesh Shah during the Showroom launch.  “At Basco, we hold our added value and solutions provider corporate principles dearly and the discerning clientele have recognized this” Mr. Kamlesh further added.

The launch of this showroom is in continued efforts to grow Basco Paints footprint in East African region, in continuity with an overall plan to open  similar outlets across the 47 counties in Kenya. Having achieved success with the launch of the DuraCoat Home Solutions  showroom in 2016 along Forest Road, the paint company aims to increase its customer interaction with the latest range of internal and external textured finishes coating from San  Marco and San Deco of Italy and Turkey respectively.

Having been in the East African Region for 43 years,  the paint company has achieved tremendous success  owing to the dedicated team of hardworking employees. Basco Paints  currently  employs  a headcount of over 1000 employees in the Kenya and Uganda market which has  served as a focal point in establishing a presence  with numerous distribution points. The paint company  continues  to adapt a customer centric  approach  in consumer relations which have spearheaded the success of the company. Through a rewarding app dubbed Zawadika Na Marangi , Basco Paints has rewarded customers based on points accrued from purchase of Duracoat range of products.

Basco Paints also continues to engage with consumers through the DuraCoat training program introduced in 2010  which has trained over 3600 painters countrywide. In continuity with this program ,Basco Paints aims  to train  100,000 painters countrywide who will be specially trained on application of textured finishes by 2021. To make this dream logically possible, the paint company is earmarking 180 million Kenya Shillings.
